Owner Operators
The Owner Operators are dedicated to providing housing that restores stability and helps empowered individuals heal. They oversee the daily operations with a focus on action, consistency, and compassion, ensuring our co-housing environments remain safe and community-centered.
The Heart of the Home
The House Manager provides in-home oversight and management of The Hopemaker Foundation LLC rental homes. They manage the property, help to resolve any conflicts, and assists the women with access to resources when needed. She is the first person to contact for property maintenance issues and any matter within the homes that cannot be resolved by a renter. She also helps to manage emergencies and anything else that might arise within the Independent Living Home.
Future Residents
Rentals are subject to availability and must meet certain criteria to reside in The Hopemaker Foundation Independent Living Homes.
They must have a Mental Health or some other disabling condition and must receive some form of income to pay for the housing cost. They must be self-sufficient and be able to complete active daily requirements without assistance, such as bathing, cooking, and cleaning.
Future residents will be interviewed and screened for eligibility for occupancy.
